ثالثا:• كشف الطبى
يتطلب قانون الهجرة و الجنسية على ان جميع المتقدمين للهجرة و بعض المتقدمين لتأشيرات غير الهجرة الخضوع للفحص الطبى قبل الحصول على التأشيره. لا بد من إجراء الفحص الطبى لدى احد الأطباء المصرح لهم بذلك الموضحين بالأسفل. سوف يقوم الأطباء بتحويلك الى معامل تحاليل مرض الزهرى. ينصح المتقدمين بتحديد موعد للكشف الطبى على الأقل ثلاثة أسابيع قبل ميعاد المقابله.
رجاء أحضار الفحص الطبى فى يوم المقابله، رجاء عدم فتح مظروف الفحص الطبى.
ملحوظه هامه:
سوف يتم تحديد صلاحيه التأشيره حسب صلاحيه الفحص الطبى الذى يصنف على انة "لا يوجد امراض او عيوب" و يكون صالح لمدة 12 شهرا من تاريخ إمضاء الطبيب وذلك بخلاف الجزء الخاص بمرض السل حيث تمتد صلاحيته لمدة 6 أشهر فقط.
اذا كانت الحاله الخاصه بك تخضع للأجراءات الأداريه او مؤجله لآى سبب اخر يمكن تجديد الجزء الخاص بمرض السل قبل مدة انتهائه دون الحاجة لتجديد الفحص الطبى كاملا.
فى حالة انتهاء صلاحية الجزء الخاص بمرض السل لابد من تجديد فحص السل والفحص الطبى كاملا.
رجاء الإتصال بالأطباء الموضحين أدناة لمزيد من الأستفسارات وايضا رجاء الأنتباه الى انه اذا لم يتم السفر الى الولايات المتحده فى خلال مدة صلاحيه الفحص الطبى فلابد من الخضوع لإجراء فحص طبى جديد.
التعليمات:
لابد ان يكون لديك جواز سفر وثلاثة صور بحجم صور جواز السفر لكل شخص يخضع للفحص، وأيضا رقم الحاله الخاصه بك، لإتمام إجراءات الكشف الطبى.
إذا كنت تعانى من مرض مزمن، تم علاجك من اى مرض أوخاضع حاليأً للعلاج ،لابد أن تقوم بتقديم الملف الطبى الخاص بك خلال الفحص.
تعليمات التطعيم:
ينص قانون الهجره بالولايات المتحده على كل متقدم لتأشيرة الهجره الحصول على تطعيمات معينه موضحه بالأسفل قبل اصدار تأشيرة الهجره. التطعيمات والأجراءات تكون تحت اشراف لجنة الأطباء الذين يقومون بأجراء الفحص الطبى الخاص بتأشيرة الهجره وذلك للتأكد ان تعليمات التطعيمات مستوفاه لدى جميع المتقدمين أو ان المتقدم غير لائق طبيا للحصول على احدى أو بعض التطعيمات المذكورة أدناة:
النكاف، الحصبه، الحصبه الألمانيه، شلل الأطفال، التيتانوس، الدفتيريا، السعال الديكى، الأنفلونزا نوع (ب)، التهاب الكبد الوبائى فيروس( أ )، التهاب الكبد الوبائى فيروس( ب)، الجديرى المائى، الالتهاب الرئوى، الأنفلونزا، فيروس الروتا، المكورة السحائية.
لمساعدة لجنة الأطباء لتجنب حدوث أى تأخير فى اجراءات تأشيرة الهجره، على كل المتقدمين أحضار سجلات التطعيم الى لجنة الأطباء في موعد الكشف الطبى.
ان لم يكن لديك سجل التطعيمات سوف يحدد معك الطبيب التطعيمات التى يلزم الحصول عليها لأستيفاء التعليمات المطلوبه. هناك بعض الأعفاءات من التطعيمات متوفره بتوصيه من لجنة الأطباء.
يتم تحديد أى من التطعيمات لائقه أو يصح الحصول عليها طبقا للسن، تاريخك الطبى والحاله الصحية الحاليه و ذلك بواسطة احد الأطباء فقط .
تحليل الدم والأشعه:
الأطفال من سن 2 الى 14 سنه لابد أن يخضعوا الى تحليل السل.
تحليل الدم والأشعه غير مطلوبين من كل من هو تحت سن 15 ولكنه طبقا لقانون الولايات المتحده مطلوب للجميع ما عدا ذلك.
يجب عمل الفحص الطبى على الأقل قبل ميعاد المقابله المحدد بالقنصليه بعشرة أيام. الأخفاق فى عمل هذا سوف يؤدى الى التأخير فى الأجراءات.

تحليل الدم للامراض التناسلية: 65 جنيهاً
أشعة الصدر: 85 جنيهاً
تحليل السل: (للاطفال من سن 2 الى 14 سنة) 60 جنيهاً
رسوم التطعيمات:
متغيرة حسب السن و التطعيمات المطلوبة. جميع الرسوم تكون مسئولية المتقدم.
